2021 GDRRC Consumer Experience Symposium Goes Forward, Virtually

GDRRC Consumer Experience Symposium 2021

Each year, the Global Digital Retailing Research Center  develops and hosts events with the intent of promoting the important dialog focused on digital retailing and consumer experiences. Part of the Center's mission is contributing to the digital retailing landscape for industry.  

Though the April 2020 event had to be cancelled at the onset of the pandemic, the 15th annual Consumer Experience Symposium 2021 event moved forward virtually yesterday with an outstanding line-up of industry guest speakers. The compelling topic was Delivering on the Promise of Great Customer Experiences in Retail & Hospitality. 

Keynote speakers at the event were Brendan Witcher, VP and Principal Analyst of Digital Business Strategy for Forrester Research, Brian Collins, VP of eCommerce for Francesca's and Ruth Crowley, VP of Merchandise and Brand Strategy for Hudson Group. 

Several hundred students, faculty and industry partners attended the virtual event, learning about successful strategies for delivering superior customer experiences through technology and data analytics.
