The Annual Consumer Experience Symposium is the Global Digital Retailing Research Center’s flagship event. Every spring, a panel of industry experts come together to present, discuss, and debate a specific topic related to consumer experiences in digital environments. Consisting primarily of students (75-80%), the audience also includes the Merchandising department’s board of governors, the Global Digital Retailing Research Center’s founding members, sponsors, university officials or faculty, and the general public. The event is intended to communicate objective thoughts and ideas related to digital retailing, as well as educate students about professional development.
